EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2009: UNLAWFUL INTERNET GAMBLING Restricted transactions are prohibited from being processed through your account with us as required by the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 and Regulation GG. A restricted transaction is a transaction or transmittal involving and credit, funds, instrument, or proceeds in connection with the participation of another person in Unlawful Internet Gambling.
TRANSACTION ACCOUNT GUARANTEE PROGRAM
BankLiberty is participating in the FDIC’s Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through June 30, 2010, all non-interest bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC’s general deposit insurance rules.

Personal Accounts: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, social security number, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your drivers license or other identifying documents.
Business Accounts: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, business name, street address, and Federal Tax Identification Number. We may also ask for copies of documents confirming the business/organization and will require documentation specifying those persons authorized to act on the account.
